This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our sites, sign up, or buy a membership (QI Student, Family, Mentorship, or complimentary access).

1. Who we are
Quartus Individual Learning is an education business. We teach a process for covered calls and cash-secured puts. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or signal service.

2. What we collect

You give us

Name and email when you create a Wix member account
Phone, if you choose to provide it
Payment details when you subscribe (see Payments)
Names and emails you send us for Family or complimentary access
Messages you send to info@learnwithqi.net or during mentorship
Worksheet or trade-review numbers you choose to email (you should not send account passwords)

Collected automatically

Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, date/time
Cookies and similar tools that Wix uses to run the site, login, and checkout
Progress you save in the student dashboard (for example lesson or loop checkmarks stored in your browser)

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, full brokerage account numbers, or card numbers to be typed into our classroom. Do not email those.

3. Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Wix and Wix Payments (and their card processors). We do not store your full card number. Their privacy terms also apply when you check out.

4. How we use information

Create and secure your member login
Provide Classroom and the student dashboard
Process membership charges, trials, cancellations, and (if any) refunds
Add Family or complimentary users you asked us to add
Answer email and run mentorship / office hours
Send account mail (receipts, password, plan changes)
Send optional updates (for example when a workshop is scheduled) if you have not opted out
Improve the site and prevent abuse
Comply with law, card-brand rules, and Wix Payments requirements

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your account to send stock picks.

5. Who we share with

Wix.com and its payment/email providers, to host the site, members, and checkout
The host of the student dashboard, if separate from Wix
Professional advisers (for example an accountant or attorney) if required
Authorities when the law requires it

Family extra logins: if you email us other people’s names and emails, you confirm you have the right to give us that information so we can create their access.

6. Cookies
The site uses cookies needed to log in, remember a session, and complete payment. Wix may also use analytics or a cookie banner. You can block cookies in your browser; login and checkout may stop working.

7. Retention
We keep member and payment records as long as your account is open and as long as needed for tax, dispute, and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify when we no longer need them. You can ask us to delete your member profile; we may retain records we are required to keep.

8. Your choices

Update your name/email in Members Area (Account Settings)
Cancel a paid plan in My Subscriptions
Email info@learnwithqi.net to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, or to opt out of non-account email
California residents may request to know or delete personal information; we do not sell personal information

We will need enough information to verify it is you.

9. Children
This classroom is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

10. Security
We rely on Wix’s hosting, login, and payment security. No method of transmission is 100% secure. Use a unique password. Do not share one login among a household; Family members each get their own email.

11. Other sites
Open student dashboard sends you to trading.learnwithqi.net (or another classroom host we name). That host may have its own notices. We are not responsible for sites we do not control.

12. International visitors
We operate in the United States (Georgia). If you use the site from elsewhere, you understand your information is processed in the U.S.

13. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may also be noted by email or a site notice.
